We also work extensively with Home Warranty Companies. Tenants can submit maintenance service requests 24/7 online and via phone for after hours emergencies.
Property Evaluations!
We keep an eye on your property so that you don't have to. We conduct one Inventory Property Evaluation when your home enters into our management, one Routine Condition Evaluation prior to lease renewal, and one Move Out Evaluation after a tenant vacates the home. We also conduct Drive-By Evaluations to ensure that our residents are in compliance with the applicable city code enforcement.
Financial Reporting!
24/7 access to your finances couldn't be easier using the owner portal. Via the portal, owners can view monthly statements, inspection reports, lease documents, tax documents. Owners are paid monthly via direct deposit between the 10th-12th day of the month (excluding weekends and holidays).
Accessibility!
Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday and closed daily for lunch 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. We communicate with our owners and residents through Appfolio's email/text feature, in person, over the phone, and by mail.
Strict and Compliant Evictions
Even with comprehensive screening there is possibility that a tenant will need to be evicted. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in handling Evictions and Small Claims suits in the counties that we serve. If a tenant is in breach of the lease due to non-payment of rent or other terms, we will initiate proceedings accordingly on behalf of the landlord. We work quickly to get your property leased again and minimize your costs.
